(NEW YORK, NY, 4/23/08) – On Friday, April 25, the New York chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-NY), in conjunction with the Association of Muslim American Lawyers (AMAL), will co-host a panel discussion entitled “Justice in Motion” at Fordham Law School.
The panel discussion is designed to inform community members about civil liberty issues affecting Muslim Americans with a particular emphasis on frivolous and defamatory lawsuits, religious profiling and citizenship delays.
