CAIR’s year-long initiative, “Explore the Life of Muhammad,” was prompted by the worldwide controversy over caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad and is designed to turn a negative incident into a positive learning opportunity.
Visitors to CAIR’s campaign website, http://www.cair.com/Muhammad/, will be able to choose either a DVD of the PBS documentary “Muhammad: Legacy of a Prophet” or the book “Muhammad” by Yahiya Emerick. The website will also feature a 13-minute online clip from the DVD and excerpts from the book.
