WHERE: Otay Water District Boardroom, District headquarters, 2554 Sweetwater Springs Boulevard, Spring Valley, CA.
“We ask all people of conscience to hold Hector Gastelum and similar hate-mongers accountable for their bigotry, hate and xenophobia,” said CAIR-San Diego Executive Director Hanif Mohebi. “Such hate expressed by an elected official should not be tolerated.”
