The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today condemned the distribution of neo-Nazi, white supremacist propaganda in Mukwonago, Wisconsin.
The hate propaganda encouraging people to join the neo-Nazi Aryan Freedom Network was found on sidewalks and driveways Saturday morning.
“All Americans must push back against the ongoing efforts of white supremacist and neo-Nazi groups to spread their hate-filled views,” said CAIR National Communications Director Ibrahim Hooper. “We stand with all those targeted by their hatred and the violence that results from such bigoted ideologies.”
Hooper added that earlier this year, CAIR condemned the distribution of flyers promoting white supremacy in Elkhorn and Whitefish Bay.
He said Washington, D.C., based CAIR and the American Muslim community stand in solidarity with all those challenging antisemitism, systemic anti-Black racism, xenophobia, Islamophobia, white supremacy, and all other forms of bigotry.
CAIR’s mission is to protect civil rights, enhance understanding of Islam, promote justice, and empower American Muslims.
