CAIR hosted a workshop with Dar al Hijrah Youth Group in Falls Church, Va., during their weekly “Fast and Learn” session on Thursday. Students discussed ways to overcome Islamophobia in school by forming coalitions and being accessible to the students and staff for information on Islam. The students also expressed their thoughts on activism and ways they can get involved to positively impact society.
