(WASHINGTON, DC, 1/24/17) — On Saturday, January 27, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) will offer a town hall-style webinar to mark the one year anniversary of President Trump’s “Muslim ban” executive order that will provide an update to the status of the ban, explain who the ban impacts, outline current legal challenges to the ban, and offer actions concerned citizens may take to keep fighting the ban.
The free webinar will be held at 7 p.m. EDT.
Participants will be able to submit questions during the webinar, which will be answered during the Q&A portion of the online event.
All participants must register online prior to the event to participate.
Presenters include CAIR Senior Litigation Attorney Gadeir Abbas and CAIR Government Affairs Department Director Robert McCaw.
