(WASHINGTON, DC, 5/22/2017) – On Thursday, May 25, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) will offer a ”˜Know Your Rights as an Employee’ informational webinar at 8 p.m. EDT.
The webinar will help individuals better understand their legal rights in the workplace. It will address common questions for American Muslims as they attempt to balance their obligations at work while also making the most of the blessed month of Ramadan.
CAIR attorneys will discuss legal rights and best practices for seeking workplace accommodations such as prayer, breaking the Ramadan fast, religious attire, and holidays.
