(WASHINGTON D.C., 11/30/2021) – The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today welcomed the dropping of a racist term disparaging to Native American women from the name of a ski resort in Maine.
A group of the resort’s investors said they would change the name on completing the purchase.
