(MINNEAPOLIS, MN, 4/3/2017) – On Saturday, April 8, the Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-MN) will hold a Free Brief Advice Legal Clinic. The clinic, which is co-sponsored by the Rochester Public Library, will provide free legal advice on issues such as immigration law, civil rights, housing, family law, consumer debt, and employment. CAIR-MN will present a “Know Your Rights” informational seminar after the clinic.
WHAT: Free Brief Advice Legal Clinic and Know Your Rights Training

“Many people have legal issues but no access to attorneys. This clinic will enable people to talk about their legal problems to a lawyer free of charge,” said CAIR-MN Civil Rights Attorney Ellen Longfellow.
