(SAN DIEGO, CA, 8/4/15) – On Tuesday, August 4, a man arrested, for threatening the San Diego chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-San Diego) will appear in court for a readiness conference.
John David Weissinger, the 53-year-old suspect, was arrested, and let out on bail on charges of making a criminal threat and possessing, buying or selling an illegal large-capacity ammunition magazine. Weissinger was released on $50,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday for his readiness or settlement conference.
